Customer Service Representative - German Speaker

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English,
• Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely support,
• Stay updated on product knowledge to deliver effective solutions,
• Collaborate remotely with a dynamic international team.
