Shape the Future of Digital Healthcare – From Germany for a Málaga based software hub

Are you ready to lead impactful healthcare projects while working remotely from Germany? At D.Med Software, a fast-growing digital health company headquartered in vibrant Málaga, we’re transforming the healthcare industry through innovative, tech-driven solutions.

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and communicative professional to drive national and international agile projects from Germany. You’ll act as a key contact for our German-speaking clients and be an integral part of our international team. If you’re passionate about digital health, think out of the box and thrive in dynamic and entrepreneurial environments, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will do :

• Lead national and international agile projects of varying size and complexity within the healthcare industry
• Act as a primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients as well as clients from all over the world
• Manage client expectations and build strong, positive relationships
• Rigorously track and manage project risks, timelines, and budgets
• Define mid- to long-term roadmaps and prioritize tasks for the project team
• Ensure compliance with client-defined standards and processes
• Translate business needs into deliverables such as functional specifications, workflow diagrams, user stories, and technical designs
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and fellow project managers about progress, risks, and roadblocks
• Monitor team performance, fostering motivation and a can-do attitude
• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and proposals as needed and deliver presentations internally and externally with confidence and clarity
