About the position
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team, focusing on growing our Ecosystem products (hormone monitors, lab tests, supplements).
This role involves daily operations, identifying product challenges, and innovating solutions to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
- User Experience : Ensure a great user experience by working closely with developers, design, marketing and support teams.
- Research : Conduct thorough product and marketing research to inform business decisions and improve product offerings.
- Process Optimization : Improve operational workflows for the ecosystem products.
- Policy Implementation : Document and enforce compliance policies.
- Operational and Refund Costs Optimization : Analyze expenses and enhance unit economics. Identify and reduce refund reasons.
- Quality Control : Develop and implement service quality measures.
- Problem-Solving : Address operational challenges with innovative solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with customer support, compliance, product management, and marketing.
- Reporting : Create actionable reports to track performance and drive decisions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in hardware and / or physical healthcare DTC product for the US market .
- Proven collaboration with marketing and revenue teams to meet business goals.
- Comfortable with a hands-on role with no subordinates.
- Experience managing multiple products simultaneously.
- Experience working in sales-driven companies (low investment in development).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Quick learner with an interest in hormonal health and femtech.
Details
The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and occasional overlap with the US team.
