Tasks

As an Innovation Consultant you will independently manage and execute various project tasks support client interactions and collaborate closely with the Project Lead. You will apply innovative methods conduct thorough research and continuously improve your skills to deliver highquality outputs and contribute to the success of venturebuilding projects.

  • Support project as part of our Operative Taskforce ensuring smooth implementation of tasks alongside the Project Lead
  • Structure prepare and independently manage project phases while ensuring highquality deliverables
  • Help prepare proposals and offers draft compelling slides and conduct research on competitors case studies and market trends
  • Develop and apply strong time management skills estimate timelines accurately and provide clear progress updates
  • Foster a positive and professional team spirit support colleagues and align proactively on project details
  • Conduct content research explore new methods and suggest operational improvements to enhance innovation projects
  • Create clear structured presentations and workshops effectively communicating your work within the team and with client employees
  • Take on small internal projects knowledgebuilding tasks and help onboard new team members

Requirements

  • Highly organized & structured thinker with strong prioritization skills
  • A proactive doer who takes responsibility and delivers quality work
  • Excellent communicator who brings clarity positivity and professionalism
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and suggest improvements
  • Visual whiz with an eye for design and storytelling (PowerPoint Miro)
  • Minimum 1 years of work experience in the innovation industry.
  • Knowledge and first experiences with innovation methods (e.g. Design Thinking Service Design Prototyping Lean Startup etc.
  • Ideally a master degree in Innovation management Economics Business Administration or any similar
  • Excellent German and English language skills knowledge of a third language is advantageous

    • Our minimum salary for this position is a yearly gross salary of EUR 50.00000 based on fulltime employment. Of course there is a willingness to pay more depending on your qualifications and experience.
