Our job opportunity

Today, we are currently recruiting an Administrative Employee for Airport Circulation Permits - Fixed-term contract.

Your responsibilities

  • Your daily tasks

Receiving and analyzing applications for airport circulation permits (TCA).

Ensuring the recording of access authorizations issued by the Police (Background Validation).

Being responsible for the complete logistical organization of SATP awareness courses.

Creating and issue TCA and airside driving permits.

Managing the stock of blank, issued, and deactivated cards and follow up on all files from issuance to retrieval of TCA.

    The required profile

    Studies / training

    Bac or relevant experience in a similar position

    Experience

    Initial professional experience preferred

    Skills and knowledge required

  • IT Tools
  • Mandatory :

    Microsoft Office suite

  • Languages
  • Mandatory :

    French : fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

    English : advanced level (B2 minimum)

    Nice-to-have :

    German / Luxembourgish : the knowledge of those languages would be an asset.

  • Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job

  • Valid permanent B driving licence
