Your key responsibilities

System Administration : Manage, monitor, and optimize servers, networks, and cloud solutions (Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure) while ensuring IT security, backups, and user support.

IT Project Management : Plan and implement IT projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee schedules, budgets, and project goals.

Documentation and further development : Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.

What we are looking for

Technical Expertise : Completed IT training or degree with extensive experience in system administration (Windows, Linux, networks, IT security), virtualization, and cloud technologies (VMware, AWS, Azure).

Project Management : Ideally, initial experience in IT project management (e.g., Scrum) with a structured approach to handling multiple projects.

Soft Skills : A team player with strong communication skills, a service oriented, problem-solving mindset, and fluency in German and English.
