- Ensure the seamless and efficient organization of office operations at our headquarters.
- Welcome and support customers and guests, providing a professional and hospitable experience.
- Accurately manage and process incoming invoices in a timely manner.
- Organize and handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Oversee travel expense reports and manage executive calendars.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, appointments, business trips, and company events.
- Monitor office supplies and beverage inventory to ensure constant availability.
- Continuously improve office management by developing process documentation and optimizing existing workflows.
- Provide support to various teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training in commercial administration or hotel management.Experience in a similar role is required.Strong organizational skills and an efficient, structured working style.Excellent communication skills in both German and English.Precise, independent, and detail-oriented approach.Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset.Proficiency in MS Office applications.HELPFUL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with DATEV, Spendesk, and inventory management systems is a plus.About us
