Global 4PL Business Implementation Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented 4PL Business Implementation Manager to manage end-to-end implementation of 4PL projects. You will lead Global, Regional, and Local Implementations for new or existing strategic accounts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and a smooth transition to operations.

Essential Functions :

• Management : Lead and manage 4PL account implementations, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables across all phases
• Project Leadership : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Continuous Improvement : Oversee re-implementation projects, analyze account requirements, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
• Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met and promptly escalating issues when necessary.
• Contract Compliance & System Management : Ensure contract compliance, manage account creation in operational systems, and develop SOPs and training materials in accordance with company policies.
