The QA Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of our certified ISO 9001 : 2015 quality management system, the GFSI recognized food safety management systems FSSC 22000 and IPEC standard compliant quality systems. This position will assure the compliance of our products with appropriate regulations, provide various data and risk assessments regarding our products and processes and serve as a resource to internal and external customers.

What you’ll do :

• Creation, updating and review of internal documents such as quality specifications, raw material risk assessment, purchasing specifications, etc.
• Maintenance of QM documentation
• Advising and informing all relevant departments on all quality-related issues
• Processing of customer complaints, determination of the cause of defects as well as establishment of corrective measures
• Processing of customer audit questionnaires and customer specifications.
• Conducts internal quality audit and reviews.
• Carrying out certification, customer and supplier audits
• Performing of new raw material risk assessment and review of supplier documentation, taking into account food legislation and application of the Pharmacopoeia
• Proactive and continuous process improvement (especially change management)
