Working Student Terminology Management (f / m / x)

Your Role

Evaluate existing terminology and its meta data in DE and EN

Identify suitable term candidates and prepare them for internal decision-making

Support the development and evaluation of a suitable database structure and terminology guidelines

Support the development, evaluation, and implementation of terminology workflows

Coordinate or take over the maintenance of approved terminology databases

Coordinate update, approval, and query workflows in our terminology management system

Optimize and document relevant processes

Support the preparation and implementation of training measures

Your Profile

Currently enrolled in Master’s or Bachelor's degree program (translation, terminology, language technology, computational linguistics, technical writing or a comparable course of study)

Initial experience in terminology work (DE and EN)

Knowledge of terminology management, ontologies and XML

Basic understanding of databases and translation processes

Knowledge of CAT and CCMS tools

Structured, analytical, and independent way of working

Holistic thinking and strong communication skills

Very good German and English language skills
