As People Operations Manager- Expansion you will lead our international People Operations expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up processes in new countries, ensuring local compliance and aligning them with our global culture and values. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- lead the international expansion, overseeing the People & Culture setup and compliance for new countries
- ensure legal and regulatory compliance in each new market, managing document templates, payroll setup, and benefits
- develop country-specific People & Culture strategies, policies, and processes that align with local laws and regulations, as well as global standards
- collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Tech) ensuring smooth operational setup
- support with operational tasks related to the employee lifecycle
