JOIN OUR TEAM

As People Operations Manager- Expansion  you will lead our international People Operations expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up processes in new countries, ensuring local compliance and aligning them with our global culture and values. This position is unlimited  and located in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • lead the international expansion, overseeing the People & Culture setup and compliance for new countries
  • ensure legal and regulatory compliance in each new market, managing document templates, payroll setup, and benefits
  • develop country-specific People & Culture strategies, policies, and processes that align with local laws and regulations, as well as global standards
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Tech) ensuring smooth operational setup
  • support with operational tasks related to the employee lifecycle

YOU COME WITH

  • 3+ years of professional people experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • preferred experience in setting up HR operations from scratch in new countries
  • proven project management success with the ability to prioritise and simultaneously process multiple tasks
  • independent, structured and precise way of working with a high sense of responsibility
  • hands-on experience with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • reliable, flexible and discreet personality
  • team-oriented and collaborative approach to work
  • excellent communication skills in English and German, every other European language is an advantage ( Italian, Spanish, Dutch)
