Team LeaderAcquiring & Authorization (all genders)

Your tasks :

  • You will lead the Acquiring &Authorization Team, managing both onshore and nearshoreteams
  • You will be the first point of contactfor the Business
  • You will drive the BusinessStrategy, goals, and needs of the company
  • Youwill be responsible for managing service provi­ders in the area ofauthorization
  • You will oversee the developmentof new digital acceptance media

Your profile :

  • You have a Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in IT, Technology, or a related businessfield
  • You bring several years of experience inmanaging multi-team setups within internationalorganizations
  • You are familiar with paymenttechnologies such as EMV Chip, mobile payment, and digital paymentsolutions
  • You possess strong analytical andexecution skills and are capable of balancing daily operations withmid-term changes like rationalization and migrations
  • You are fluent in English, and German proficiency is astrong plus
