Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.
Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Setting up our newly designed
Developer Solutions Delivery & Projects Department
- Leading a team to facilitate and improve User-facing IT-Services
- Governing Projects and implementing state of the art User-facing IT-Services
- Ensuring effective IT innovation mgmt.
- Implementing an efficient product and services lifecycle management processes
- Ensuring close collaboration with IT-users and various Cariad departments to understand the needs
WHO YOU ARE
- Extensive experience in IT project management, IT service management, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to understand and work with IAM and support systems, architectures, and processes, preferably within the VW Group.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing ITIL services, promoting automation in service delivery, and driving service improvements and cost reduction measures.
- Ability to establish comprehensive management reports on team performance and the supported environment.
- Profound knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects, preferably with exposure to M&A and integration projects.
- Competence in project reporting, committee management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to coach and train project teams for optimal performance.
