For our Business Unit Cereals at KWS Lochow GmbH , we are looking for a Project Manager Marketing and Digital Services (m / f / d) for the location in Einbeck at the earliest possible date.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will shape the digital tool portfolio for the Business Unit Cereals by being responsible for the steering and implementation of our future-oriented marketing projects for the Business Unit Cereals, with focus on the development and implementation of digital tools and services.

This exciting position is permanent and full-time.

These will be your key tasks and areas of responsibility :

• You develop the digital tool strategy for the Business Unit Cereals crops (e.g. Cereals, Oilseedrape, Catch Crops, Sorghum) in alignment with the overall strategy
• You drive and steer the digital tool process (idea, assessment, implementation) for Business Unit Cereals across several functions (e.g. digital farming experts, product management, sales, IT experts)
• You identify new tool opportunities delivering added value for the farmer
• You optimize and expand the existing digital product portfolio
• You develop and implement tool relevant marketing campaigns
• You provide support in global marketing projects in close collaboration with other global stakeholders
• You analyze and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of digital tools and marketing product campaigns
