As Chief Financial Officer (CFO),you will be responsible for the financial management of the TLTGroup. You will report directly to the Executive Board, be part ofthe management team and be entrusted with the followingtasks :

Overall management of thecommercial departments of our companies, representative offices andsales offices in Germany and abroad (e.g. Accounting &Controlling, Commercial Order Management,Compliance)
Providing key figures and proposalsto support the CEOs in important strategic and operational businessdecisions
Preparation and monitoring of thefinancial budget
Supporting the annualfinancial statements (individual and consolidated financialstatements), tax returns, tax audits, M&A activities and riskmanagement
Internal contact for legal,financial and tax issues in the area offinance
Management and coordination of allinternal and external reportingactivities

In addition to the areasof responsibility listed, you will be the direct contact personwithin the company for compliance and for all order-related andcontractual issues in commercial projectmanagement.

Degree in businessadministration, ideally with a focus onfinance

Sound knowledge and many years ofprofessional experience (at least 5 years) in the areas of financeand accounting, controlling and financialrelations

Business experience in aninternational environment and in groupaccounting

Several years of experience in amanagement function

Willingness to travelapprox. 30% domestically and abroad

Businessfluent in written and spoken German andEnglish
