Microsoft 365 Inhouse Consultant (m / f / d)

Field of activity

  • Consulting, conception and implementation of in-house IT projects for the harmonization and expansion of the Microsoft 365 Workplace
  • Continuous evaluation and introduction of new and changing services or features from Microsoft and tools from other providers in combination with Microsoft Azure and the Power Platform
  • Development of solutions for problems that arise and the associated coordination with the relevant decision-makers
  • Helping to shape the global strategy for Microsoft-based technologies in an interdisciplinary team in direct cooperation with the IT department as well as project communication and exchange with national and international specialist departments

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, technical training or a comparable qualification
  • several years of professional experience in consulting and the implementation of Microsoft 365 with a focus on Collaboration & Content Management (Teams, SPO, OneDrive), Communication & Automation paired with knowledge in the areas of Governance, Security & Compliance
  • Sound knowledge of the necessary Microsoft tools, e.g. PowerShell, HTML+CSS, Azure Services and willingness to continuously develop these further
  • Strong teamwork skills, strong communication skills as well as a proactive and independent way of working with a pronounced solution orientation
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
