Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. Responsibilities :

• Lead the project controls function for the assigned construction projects including cost, budget, quantity control, schedule management and reporting
• Partner with project management and the construction team to create a culture of discipline and accountability throughout the construction project duration
• Enforce consistent project level controls over budgets, schedule, quantities, commitments, liquidity and reporting
• Responsible for the early reporting of project cost / schedule / scope challenges and provide solutions to mitigate any identified risks
• Responsible for the preparation and ongoing management of a project budgeting tool that reacts and adjusts to changes in project scope, cost and schedule
• Responsible for leading a forecast process that captures current spend and schedule expectations by area and task during all phases of the project. The forecast will be presented to senior management and include a comparison to the previous forecast and clear explanations for variances
