As an Area Manager, you’ll make sure your siteis running as smoothly as it should so that we can meet customerdemand. You will be leading a team that helps keep our operationssafe, efficient, and of a high quality and taking on a number ofprojects across our network to drive productivity. Key jobresponsibilities Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety andwellbeing Analyse and implement changes to keep quality andproductivity at a consistently high level Oversee projects tostreamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality ofservice for customers within your area of responsibility Analyseshift performance against relevant business objectives, and put inplace actions to improve our operational excellence Workcollaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardiseshift practices German language skills (C1-level at least)mandatory ! A day in the life You’ll work on a shift pattern at oneof our sites, making sure it is as productive as it can be. Yourmain focus will be to own and drive a culture of safety and upholdquality and shift performance standards. You’ll also overseeprocess improvements within your area and drive implementation. Atypical day is varied, including everything from routine teammanagement and daily operational responsibilities to processimprovement and wide-scale operational contingency tasks.
