Working Student (all genders) Project & Portfolio Mngt Support, Healthcare Digital, Data & IT R&D

As a working student in our DDIT R&D Project & Portfolio organization, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working and contributing to IT R&D projects.Your responsibilities will include support tasks within the team, such as creating MS Power Point presentations, build diagrams and graphs in MS Excel and regularly maintain the quality of our project metadata. Additionally, you might develop dashboards to visualize our project portfolio, analyze project-related data.You will support the projects by preparing meetings, analysing requirements and supporting the project leadership by timeline, milestones and task tracking. Furthermore, you will coordinate deliverables by various external and internal stakeholders. Who you are : Proactive and capable of working independently.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.Strong communication skills.Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.Experience in project management.Reliable, technologically inclined, and eager to learn.Able to work onsite in Darmstadt.Currently enrolled in a university program (active student status).
