In this multicultural and excellence-driven context, we are recruiting our Production Director.

Your role

Reporting directly to General Management, you are responsible for the overall industrial, economic and human performance of the plant.

Your main responsibilities include

• Managing all production activities (injection molding, assembly, maintenance)
• Ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards
• Defining, monitoring and optimizing production costs (OEE, scrap, productivity, material)
• Driving performance indicators and related action plans
• Deploying continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Leading, developing and engaging production teams and managers
• Managing industrialization, investment and process optimization projects
• Interacting regularly with international customers and partners
