YOUR ROLE

• Strategic Learning & Development Leadership : Lead the translation of global learning and development needs into strategic, business-aligned solutions, overseeing the development and implementation of global learning programs and initiatives
• Global Learning & Development Strategy : Define and drive the global learning strategy, policies, and frameworks in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring globally consistent, standardized learning processes that align with Henkel's business goals
• Cultural Transformation Leadership : Shape and drive initiatives that embed our values and Leadership Commitments into daily operations and leadership behaviors.

Partner with key stakeholders to promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and leadership role modeling

• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Enable and collaborate with Henkel’s global learning & culture community, working in partnership and co-creation mode with regional Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and Corporate HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
• Leadership Development & Role Modeling : Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure they act as role models, embedding Henkel's values into decision-making and team interactions
• Data-Driven Learning & Culture Insights : Analyze global learning and culture KPIs to assess impact and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes and cultural transformation
• External Partnerships : Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with external global learning and culture providers to develop programs that support Henkel’s business agenda and drive impactful learning experiences
• Innovation & Market Trends : Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to ensure Henkel's learning and culture programs remain cutting-edge and aligned with market developments

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience, including leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead global learning and culture transformation programs, fostering collaboration across multiple regions and cultures
• Proven ability to design, manage, and implement comprehensive learning and cultural transformation programs that align with business and leadership strategies
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies, market trends, and innovations, with an ability to incorporate external insights into internal strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across global and regional teams
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and additional languages is a significant advantage
