Tasks

  • Develop and implement processes to establish compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements laying the foundation for an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify nonconformities and design corrective actions to align with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Lead the development documentation and deployment of QMS processes and procedures tailored to organizational needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits to validate compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams across the organization to foster a deep understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 principles and requirements.
  • Collaborate with product development safety and operational teams to integrate quality requirements seamlessly into workflows.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness of implemented processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of quality and operational excellence across all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and records to demonstrate compliance and facilitate successful audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management with a good track record of achieving and maintaining ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing processes to meet ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of core quality tools including FMEA 8D etc.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills particularly in root cause analysis and corrective action development.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Collaborative and teamoriented mindset with the ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives.

    • Would be a plus

  • Familiarity with other automotive quality standards or frameworks.
  • Experience in the automotive or autonomous driving industry.
  • German language skills.
