Qualifications :
- Engineering degree is preferred but not a must have.
- Experience in strategic sourcing and category management from a relevant industry.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant sourcing experience in a global manufacturing industry ideally in field of CAPEX.
- Strong in negotiation skills.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication with people with various cultural backgrounds.
- Structured systematic and transparent approach to business processes.
- Fluent English and German mandatory (Spanish is a plus).
- Available to travel.
