Key Account Manager, EU Institutions & Agencies (m / f / x)
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Key Account Manager you will oversee the companies’ relationships with some of its most important clients and maximise the opportunities for them to realise the value delivered by our world-class solutions.
Your duties will include developing and maintaining deep relationships with individuals throughout the assigned accounts, promoting our solutions, understanding and advocating their needs and capturing requirements that we can successfully fulfil.
- Collaborate with customers face-to-face to thoroughly unterstand their needs and objectives
- Build and maintain strong, trusted and long-lasting relationships
- Own and meet annual targets with assigned Accounts
- Provide input into the development of the territorial strategy to capture the needs of assigned Accounts
- Effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand customer-specific landscapes and trends
- Report the status of Opportunities, and the forces that shift customers budgets and strategic direction
YOUR PROFILE
- Customer Success is your chief motivator
- Prior experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager
- Excellent communication skills and rapport across all levels of an organization
- Demonstrable experience in driving the entire Opportunity process and meeting targets
- Proven capability to articulate the distinct value of complex solutions and services
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Eyperience navigating ang negotiating complex framework agreements
- Excellent spoken and written English and French
- Prior experience in Broadcast or a related field is highly desirable
- Prior account experience with EU Institutions & Agencies is highly desirable
