Your assignment :
- You monitor and evaluate electrical measurements and functional tests to ensure product performance and quality of wafer production (both for internal production and foundry products)
- You represent the quality gate for release procedures
- You control process stability using SPC and APC
- You analyze and solve complex production or process problems and create concepts for continuous improvement of production KPIs
- You support and monitor the wafer fab's process technology and form the technological interface to external production at international foundries
- Your collaboration in interdisciplinary teams to improve production-wide KPIs rounds off the range of tasks
