Key Responsibilities
Account & Business Development : Manage and expand relationships with global and international corporate accounts , ensuring strong customer engagement and long-term retention.Sales & Innovation : Drive the adoption of new programs, technology, and services , demonstrating value through customized solutions .Negotiation & Contract Management : Lead high-level customer negotiations, contract renewals, KPI management, and pricing strategies , ensuring mutually beneficial agreements .Market & Industry Expertise : Stay updated on market trends, industry shifts, and emerging customer needs , proactively translating insights into action plans.Internal Collaboration : Work closely with field sales teams, distribution partners, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.Performance & Reporting : Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline , track progress on account penetration, and ensure quarterly and annual targets are met .Training & Best Practices : Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, mentoring teams on corporate account management and advanced sales techniques.Travel & Representation : Represent the brand globally, requiring extensive national and international travel .Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in B2B sales and corporate account management .University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .Proven experience in corporate sales across multiple channels , ideally within facility management, hospitality, or restaurant industries .Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills , with experience engaging senior decision-makers .Excellent communication and leadership abilities , with a track record of mentoring and developing teams .Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in diverse, multicultural teams .Financial acumen and analytical skills , with experience in pricing strategies, contract terms, and cost management .Technology proficiency , including CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint .Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages within the region.Willingness to travel extensively across national and international markets.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
