Role
You will support the Manager Direct Sales International in the efforts to implement the strategy of DIH with the main focus on achieving sales goals and marketing activities in the region. As we are working in a growing and innovative market, it is expected that the duty, tasks and efforts are not limited to points below.
Responsibility
Sales
- Responsible for achieving sales goals in the assigned territory.
- Introduce Hocoma and Motek products and rehabilitation solutions to the market.
- Strategic development of the region in selling directly to major accounts.
- Build-up / secure a potential big market for (neuro) rehabilitation.
- Provide sales planning and forecast according to the given requirements.
- Regulatory and Clinical support within designated Region
- Responsible for high customer satisfaction level Clinical Applications
- Training of some of the products at the customer`s site and being able to demonstrate devices at fairs and congresses and trials.
Marketing
Promote the brands of Hocoma and Motek to the rehabilitation market and conduct promotional activities like workshops, events and exhibitions.Develop and maintain contacts to key opinion leaders in the region.Develop and maintain partnership with Key Accounts.Develop and maintain contacts to all relevant media for extensive PR activities.Process
Act to defined sales and marketing processes within DIH GmbH in compliance with the ISO process as well as the Hocoma quality management system.Requirements
