• Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters that drive the core infrastructure
• Develop and implement automation tools to streamline operational tasks and ensure consistent performance
• Monitor and troubleshoot system health, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain high availability
• Collaborate with software engineers to influence design for reliability and implement best practices
• Perform capacity planning and optimization to accommodate growing traffic demands
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure 24 / 7 system availability
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives to foster a culture of learning
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and management
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
• Solid programming and scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, etc.) for automation and tool development
• Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and security principles
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward identifying and addressing potential issues
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
