Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions with a focus on Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and Personnel Administration (PA) to meet the unique needs of the textile industry.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, understand challenges, and tailor SAP HCM functionalities to align with HR processes.
  • Customize and optimize SAP HCM modules to improve HR efficiency, ensure compliance, and support evolving business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to HR users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the smooth operation of SAP HCM systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help HR teams effectively use SAP HCM functionalities.
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors and support its integration, expanding expertise into cloud-based HR solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within SAP HCM to drive HR operational efficiency.
  • Document configurations, processes, and customizations to ensure knowledge sharing and support future system enhancements.
  • Work closely with other SAP module teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM modules, particularly in Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and Personnel Administration (PA).
  • Solid understanding of SAP HCM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Strong grasp of HR processes, including payroll management, time management, and personnel administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert HR requirements into practical SAP solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both HR stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Fluency in German is required.
