Based in Athens with a hybrid work setup youll analyze performance address sales and budget inquiries and deliver innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals fostering strong longterm relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy : Provide tailored recommendations to boost client sales performance
  • Client Relationships : Build trust and maintain open communication to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Sales Planning : Create and execute strategies aligned with client objectives to drive growth and success
  • Performance Analysis : Review sales data to identify opportunities and refine strategies
  • Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends to craft impactful initiatives
  • Reporting : Track and present metrics including sales targets and customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in German (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales with a focus on inbound / outbound sales and Account Management
  • Strong leadership communication and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
