Aufgaben
Where you will have an impact :
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our training programs and driving data. You will be responsible for ensuring that the fleet operations are carried out to the highest safety standards.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Conduct regular assessments of operating standards across teams and individuals to ensure they meet quality standards and objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify areas for improvement in training content, delivery and operating standards
- Monitor and analyse training metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes for training programs and operating standards
- In conjunction with Team Leads, assist with staff professional development and course completion
Qualifikation
What you will bring
Essential :
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Full clean driving licence (= no points in driving record)
- At least 8 years' driving experience mainly in Germany
- No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
- Strong driving skills and knowledge and willingness to continue developing

- Employment is contingent upon passing random drug and alcohol testing, in accordance with our Drugs & Alcohol policy.

- A recognised Assessor qualification / experience
- A recognised Quality Assurance qualification / experience
- ADAS experience
