Job Overview :
As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will lead Tilt’s launch in a new country by building an initial critical mass of sellers. This role requires a strong sales background, expertise in fashion liveselling, and a passion for fashion and live shopping. You’ll identify and onboard key sellers—from influencers to independent retailers—to ensure a successful platform launch.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research : Analyze local liveselling trends and target demographics.
- Seller Acquisition : Apply sales skills to engage and secure top fashion sellers.
- Relationship Building : Build lasting relationships with sellers, encouraging active use of Tilt.
- Pipeline Management : Manage a pipeline, focusing on meeting acquisition goals.
- Seller Training : Support new sellers in maximizing live-selling techniques.
- Community Building : Establish a strong, engaging seller community.
Requirements :
Native / fluent German speakerSales Skills : Proven sales / business development success, ideally in fashion or e-commerce.Fashion Liveselling Knowledge : Familiar with live shopping and fashion trends.Passion for Fashion and Livestreaming : An eye for trends and enthusiasm for live-selling.Communication Skills : Persuasive ability to convey Tilt’s unique value to sellers.Organizational Skills : Track targets and pipeline efficiently.What We Offer :
