The Supervisor NPI + Projects (m / f / d) for Beckman CoulterDiagnostics is responsible for leading the NPI + ProjectsTeam.

This position is part of the Manufacturing &Process Engineering (Technical Operations) team located inBaierbrunn / Munich and will beon-site.

Inthis role, you will have the opportunityto :

Lead,manage and mentor yourteam.

Lead projects inoperations to execute the implementation of changes to thebusiness. Projects are related to, but not limited to : NPI (NewProduct Introduction), CI (Continuous Improvement) and DesignChanges.

Engage with R&Dto understand program roadmaps, project scope and set the rightproject teams.

Making suredeadlines within the team are keep and needed information is sharedwith relevantstakeholders.

Drive aproject management culture in the department and approachingknowledge sharing across projects to ensure continuousimprovement.

Coordinateresources and sets daily priorities to meet operationalobjectives.

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude :

Master’sdegree in Manufacturing / Production or Process Engineering orsimilar and extensive experience in manufacturing processes (+7years).

Strong leadershipand project managementskills.

Experience inmanaging people and a strong technicalbackground.

Experience inthe implementation of design changes and projects in amanufacturingenvironment.

Excellentskills in Project Management Tools (e.g. Miro, Smartsheet, MSProject).

Excellent Englishand Germanskills.

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein :

Experiencein ISO 13485.

Experience inVisual Project Management / PMPcertification.
