Senior Project Developer - Onshore Wind

Clear Engineering are partnered with an international Independent Energy producer of 1.8 billion kilowatt hours within Onshore wind. Our client is looking for Senior Project Developers to join the team in Lower Saxony.

Overall Responsibility :

• Preparation, coordination and support of meetings with authorities and municipalities during the planning phase
• Preparation, coordination and implementation of meetings with municipalities as well as landowners or farmers on development planning and approval procedures (e.g. EÖT) with securing the necessary resolutions
• Coordination of the municipality's planning with plans at state and district level - as well as monitoring the planning processes at both levels
• Coordination of energy project planning with other types of energy use (sector coupling)
• Assistance in the preparation of necessary planning documents such as maps, plans and the development of suitable compensation measures; identification of suitable access routes for plant delivery and cable routes for the grid connection
• Initiation, preparation and conclusion of purchase, lease and permit agreements or approvals for the necessary site rights including easements and building charges, cable and right of way rights as well as setback areas in coordination; maintenance of the project costs / site cost table
• Contribution to participation models and coordination in the affected communities (owners, farmers, others)
• Construction supervision (ensuring compliance with lease and management contracts, supporting landowners and agricultural tenants when problems arise)
