Responsibilities :

• Potential Analysis : Develop a structured overview of possible AI application areas in CAPEX procurement - with a special focus on Microsoft Copilot and in consideration of applicable data protection regulations and internal guidelines.
• Feasibility Study & Benefit Evaluation : Assess the identified use cases in terms of their benefits and feasibility. Develop a recommendation for prioritized implementation, taking into account the existing AI infrastructure.
• Data Basis & Bot Concept : Identify and prepare relevant data sources for the development of an AI bot aimed at optimizing procurement processes.
• Prototyping & Testing : Implement an initial functional AI bot using Microsoft Copilot. Conduct testing and iterative optimization based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Roadmap & Outlook : Develop a roadmap for the gradual expansion of AI usage in procurement. Prioritize additional features and use cases in a logical sequence.
