YOUR TEAM

To support our Vehicle Integration & Test team within the Automated Driving Alliance with Bosch, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in Software development and roll out of functions across different test locations.

As part of our international team, you will work with cutting-edge sensor, compute, and automotive technology. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues and contribute to developing functional test environments within the Automated Driving Alliance. This unique ADAS partnership between CARIAD and Bosch drives automation forward. Your work will accelerate the development of partially and highly automated driving functions for mass production.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Define a unified test plan and test cases for software regression testing
  • Execute and document tests in test bench and vehicle environments
  • Automate software installation, test execution, and report generation
  • Support the introduction and validation of new system architectures

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled student in the area of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent field (please specify the expected date of your graduation or end of enrollment)
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Python and Linux
  • Responsible and eager to explore systems
  • Basic knowledge in software development tools (such as Git, Docker)
  • Knowledge in network protocols (especially TCP / UDP)
  • NICE TO KNOW

  • Partial remote work possible within Germany
  • Duration : 6 months with the option to extend
  • 20 h / week, up to 35 h / week during semester break
