The Sales Operations Associate role supports theenhancement of Sales Team Effectiveness and Sales initiatedprograms and increases the capability of our sales force to engagewith customers. This is achieved through supporting the Sales Teammaximise Customer Access by enhancement of Educational Meetings andother means of customer access. The responsibility of your workwill involve working with the Sales Training department on theimplementation of induction and ongoing training and upskilling ofrepresentatives.

Accountabilities

Support the Sales Team maximise access tocustomers :

  • Ensure Representativesunderstand sales processes and responsibilities (including allSOPs)
  • Support the Sales Team to bringattendance of customers to educational events orprograms
  • Work with Marketing to support theimplementation and utilisation of follow up customer accessresources
  • Lead administration to maximise PCTappointments (e.g RxTro)
  • Provide insight intorepresentative activity (e.g Educational Meetings) and customeraccess and activity (e.g Appointment making)
  • Help develop programs that create customeraccess
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Leadfor integrating digital channels into Sales Teampromotion
  • Support Sales teams using fragmentsin Representative Triggered Emails (RTEs), e.g. how to draw acrosscustomer lists for the emails to be sent to, preparing reports andunderstanding KPIs related to RTEs
  • SupportMarketing colleagues to get brand materials into Veeva vault andloaded into Sales iPads promptly (twice yearly and adhoc)
  • To support Sales Team with implementationof Seqirus Educational Events and Sales Initiated Third PartySponsorships :
  • Work with Marketing and SalesLeaders to help implement planned Educational Events through theOnline Education Meeting Portal
  • Development ofEducation Meeting Templates and resources for representativesuse
  • Communicate with the Sales Leadership teamto implement National and State Third Party event sponsorshipopportunities including completion of sponsorshipagreements
  • Manage relationships with ThirdParty Event organisations
  • Manage all FieldForce using the Thrivase events portal

Lead induction training and ongoing training of SalesStaff

  • Coordinate sales and marketinginduction training.
  • Active support andtraining of the Sales Team to maximise confidence, adoption and useof digital technology
  • Conduct any trainingwhich is not product, sales or business management for all newemployees
  • Report all expenses associated withmanaging these programs
  • Sales Ops Manualdevelopment and onboarding – this is an important document whichmust be up to date and supports HR processes (e.g. performancemanagement) as it outlines minimum standards expected of all FieldForce
  • Onboarding Field Force to importantrequirements they must fulfil and ensuring they comply, e.g.collecting demerit point checks for all field staff, collating andprinting cycle books, support to prepare and send outcommunications to Sales and wider groups, checking all field staffsend in confirmation of annual flu vaccinations
  • Onboarding and offboarding Sales staff – coordinatingreturn of equipment, assigning training, first aid kits, phones,iPads
  • Administrative and projectsupport

  • Support the Sales Excellencedirectorate with administrative requirements
  • Requirements

  • Adegree / qualification in Science / Technology / Business / Marketingor equivalent
  • Previous sales experience / e.gRetail, Telesales, Pharmacy
  • Experience indigital commerce and Educational Events is preferable
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience utilising digital tools
