Product Engineer

Education :

Engineer Bachelor or Master of science Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or similar field of study

Tasks :

Developing of concepts for the repair of nuclear power plant main components

Support for the development testing and qualification of equipment / products with our customers including site interventions FOAK projects (First Of A Kind) till product maturity.

Project Documentation (Work Instructions Development Programs and Reports Material lists etc.)

Product Support e.g. continuous improvement spare part management training of technicians etc.

Support of ongoing projects and products

Cross-departmental and transnational work

Offer Development incl. technical description cost estimates scheduling etc. with support from senior engineers.

Skills :

German in speaking and writing (mother tongue or C2-Level)

English in speaking and writing (min. B1 B2 preferred)

French in speaking and writing (optional)

Microsoft Office applications

Open communications / teamwork

Experience :

Min. 3 years of experience in development and testing of special designed equipment.

Knowledge in machining / chip producing processes.

Ausbildung :

Diplom Ingenieur Bachelor oder Master of science Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik oder hnlicher Studiengang

Aufgaben :

Entwicklung von Reparaturkonzepten fr Grokomponenten in Kernkraftwerken (z.B. Reaktoreinbauten Dampferzeuger Druckhalter etc.)

Untersttzung bei der Entwicklung testen und Qualifikation von Maschinen / Produkten mit unseren Kunden inklusive Einstze vor Ort mit dem Equipment (Entwicklungsingenieur)

Projekt Dokumentation (Arbeitsanweisungen Entwicklungsprogramme und -berichte Materiallisten Zeichnungskontrolle etc.)

Produktuntersttzung z.B. kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Maschinen Ersatzteilmanagement Training von Technikern etc.

Untersttzung von laufenden Projekten und Produkten

Bestellung Nachverfolgung und Fertigungsbegleitung von Bauteilen und Maschinen

Abteilungs- und Lnderbergreifendes Arbeiten

Angebotserstellung inklusive technischer Beschreibung Kostenabschtzung Zeitplan etc. mit Untersttzung von erfahrenen Ingenieuren

Fhigkeiten :

Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (Muttersprache oder C2-Level)

Englisch in Wort und Schrift (min. B1 B2 bevorzugt)

Franzsisch in Wort und Schrift (Optional)

Microsoft Office Anwendungen

Offene Kommunikation / Teamwork

Wnschenswert :

Min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem Testen von Spezialmaschinen

Fachwissen in spannender Bearbeitung
