The Lucart Group is one of Europe's largest suppliers of paper for tissue products AFH. We are now looking for the professional trade marketeer to support us in our ambitious growth plans.
We have an opportunity for a Trade Marketing Specialist taking care of the Region DACH-BENELUX-NORTH EUROPE to join our team, reporting directly to the International AFH Trade Marketing Manager.
The role will involve developing, implementing and managing trade marketing activities in line with international marketing, corporate trade marketing and the cluster sales director.

Job role
As a Trade Marketing Specialist at Lucart AFH, you will play a critical role in optimizing our sales growth and quality. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong trade marketing experience and desirable B2B experience to drive continued sales growth and help us further develop our position as a leader in the paper tissue industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop trade marketing plans aligned with the international trade marketing manager, so that the proposed activities are in line with the brand values and the defined commercial strategies;
- Roll-out trade marketing plans in cooperation with sales director region;
- Training and best practice sharing region sales force and partners, with particular focus on the monitoring and implementation of sales tools and techniques;
- Develop and implement communication and promotional packages, agreed with the international trade marketing manager, in cooperation with sales director region;
- Develop sales tools for point of sales and contribute to the development of corporate promotional support materials, consistent with the needs of the reference market and in agreement with the Marketing Team;
- Prepare and animate local trade fairs and support international trade show, and in general collaborate with the direct manager and the marketing team in the management of all channels to support Trade Marketing (promotional campaigns, partnerships, events, etc.);
- Implement new programs, products and systems in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Team, in compliance with the Company strategy;
- Monitor and report behaviour competition, distribution and end user market;
- Manage the local trade marketing budget, in close collaboration with the international trade marketing manager.
Desirable
- Proven success in trade marketing with at least 5 years of experience, preferred in hygiene and cleaning industry;
- German mother tongue and fluent English; French, Dutch or Italian are a plus;
- Resident in Germany;
- University Degree (Economics, Marketing or similar), MBA is a plus;
- Customer-oriented team player with a flexible approach;
- Strong organizational skills and Analytical capabilities;
- Deadline-driven, focused on results, self-disciplined, and pragmatic, with the ability to prioritise workload;
- Strong relational and communication skills;
- Ability to work with matrix organization;
- Highly motivated and positive attitude;
- Proficient in Microsoft packages;
- Clean European driver's license.
