The "Control and Planning CKD Network" department is responsible for the transparent management of the global "Completely Knocked Down" (CKD) production network.

The network includes plants in India, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Egypt.

The "Network Projects and Production Logistics" team acts as an interface between the supply chain, production, sales and controlling and is responsible for the central planning of intralogistics for new projects (series projects), for the analysis and optimization of logistics performance in the CKD plants as well as the production program and inventory control of the CKD production network.

Your tasks in detail :

• Support and independent development of qualitative and quantitative logistics analyses, as well as derivation of necessary measures for a sustainable improvement of logistics performance at all CKD locations
• Creating reports and (top) management presentations in close cooperation with local colleagues in the CKD plants
• Creating and revising standard process descriptions of logistics processes in close cooperation with the relevant partner departments
• Supporting the planning of intralogistics processes as part of new projects
• Preparation, participation and follow-up of management meetings and cross-location meetings with the CKD plants
• Supporting the digitalization and automation of intralogistics processes, key figures and reporting

Qualifikationen

• You have already completed the first semesters of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics / supply chain, business administration or engineering (especially with a focus on economics, business informatics, industrial engineering)
• Ideally, you have already gained other practical experience in business or project management
• You are characterized by an analytical and process-oriented way of working and are experienced in using MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point) and may also have database knowledge
• You are business fluent in English

Personal skills :

• Ability to work in a team, enthusiasm and high intercultural competence are required
• Self-confidence and a high degree of initiative
• Confident appearance and presentation skills in front of middle management
