Join the Deadalus team on their journey to build the autonomous factory of the future to make precision components for spacecraft, medical devices, robotics, industrial machinery and many others.

We're currently looking for for Full-Stack Engineers (m / f / d) (mid- and senior level) who are keen about delivering Deadalus' innovative software stack for real-time management of complex industrial processes that sets the bar for the industry.

Tasks

• Build and ship the tech stack that runs their factory of the future. This includes but is not limited to production scheduling, workflow orchestration, real-time integration with industrial machines, etc.
• Own features end to end, with a focus on either frontend or backend but willing to jump in to fill in the other pieces where needed as Deadalus is emphasizing a holistic approach to software development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into a fascinating and challenging business domain
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of their software systems
• Work closely with the product team to develop user stories and drive the conversation around what are the best opportunities to add business value

Requirements

• Several years of experience working with modern frontend and backend technologies
• Proven experience in shipping (parts of) real software products, preferably complex enterprise SaaS web applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Passion for shipping and solving problems end-to-end and seeing the impact of your work, not getting lost in technical details
• Eagerness to develop generalist skills in addition to deepening expertise in frontend and backend technologies
• Experience in using modern technologies and can learn new tools quickly and can pick the best tool for the task at hand.

At Daedalus, they currently use Python, Django, React.JS, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and Bazel, among a variety of other tech
