We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Industrial Performance and Improvement Engineer" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Supporting the team, mostly through local tasks and activities
• Support Safety initiatives, the number one priority in the costumers Operations environment, in an innovative and convincing way
• Support OES Master Plan related activities in line with plant priorities and pain points, supporting the Production areas
• Lead OES internal assessments and support OES transversal assessments or deep dives
• Drive and coordinate Excellence Committees, taking accountability in the distribution of actions and follow-up with the MFT
• Manage and implement Performance Management routines (BSC/SQCDP) standardization throughout the different levels of the organization in the Value Stream
• Customize KPI tree across the Operational Value Stream ensuring the right connection with the objectives
• Support and manage continuous improvement (TIPs)
• Promote and manage employees improvement ideas generation in the Plant
• Support communication for new initiatives being the channel of connection with the shop-floor

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of aerospace, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in the field of project managemt, process Management and Process improvement
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing is desirable, ideally in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul context
• Google Workspace is a must have
• DEMAT knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English and German
