Position : Risk Compliance Manager

Location : Remote, Germany

Company : Leading InsurTech redefining the insurance industry through technology and innovation.

We are looking for a skilled Risk Manager with a strong legal background, to enhance our client’s risk management efforts throughout Germany.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement comprehensive non-financial risk management strategies tailored to the legal and regulatory landscape in Germany.
  • Assess potential legal, regulatory, and operational risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to improve policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on changes in German law and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare reports and risk assessments for internal teams and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in non-financial risk management within a corporate or regulatory setting.
  • Strong understanding of German legal frameworks and regulatory requirements for non-financial risk (e.g. Anti-Fraud, Anti Bribery and Corruption).
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English .
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
