As part of our continued growth in Europe, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team in Mönchengladbach .

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative at Detectamet, you will support the efficient day-to-day running of our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role involving receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods accurately and safely, while maintaining high standards of organisation, stock accuracy and health & safety compliance.

You will work as part of a close-knit team, contributing directly to the timely delivery of high-quality products to customers across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check incoming deliveries against documentation
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and on time
• Safely load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment
• Store goods in correct warehouse locations in line with procedures
• Accurately scan stock movements using warehouse systems (Sage / Sicon)
• Assist with stock counts, audits and stock takes
• Process returned goods and report damaged or missing items
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all health & safety procedures and use PPE correctly
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets
