Your Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing the complete management of a SOPARFI portfolio , including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and tax declarations.
  • Preparing financial statements and management reports , ensuring thorough financial analysis and accurate reporting.
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes , working in close coordination with auditors to maintain compliance and precision.
  • Providing proactive tax and administrative support , offering customized advice and solutions to an international client base.

Your Profile :

  • A degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification, providing a strong foundation in financial management and reporting.
  • Between 3 to 7 years of accounting experience , ideally acquired within a fiduciary, Big 4 firm, or service provider in Luxembourg.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and French , with fluency in Italian considered an asset.
  • Advanced skills in Excel , with familiarity in Demasi and SAP being an advantage.
