We are looking for an EPD Customer Success Specialist to work with our Finnish customers.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in EU / UK.
What you’ll do :
- Deliver customer trainings and onboardings on Life Cycle Assessments and EPDs to make them successful in their use of our software to deliver EPDs
- Helping our customers with their queries related to the software, technical queries about product LCA & EPDs, EPD standards and calculation methods
- Own the Customer Success role for our manufacturing clients by establishing a trusting relationship with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out to be able to help customers
- Writing and contributing to guidance articles which are published on our customer help centre page
- Identifying platform improvements and raising them to Product Management
- Maintain high quality standards compliance of our LCA & EPD work
What you need :
Degree in engineering with a major or minor in environmental, mechanical, materials or similar1-2 years hands-on experience on LCA, product sustainability or related area is an advantageExperience in technical support, product training and process documentation is an advantageAbility and motivation to become an expert in construction sector product LCA software, EPDs and CFPsHigh customer and service orientation, with attention to detailsAbility to quickly analyse client situation and to find most suitable solution for themFast learning skills and desire to improve constantlyExcellent communication skills both externally and within the teamProficiency in English and FinnishWhat we offer :
