Requirements

Successfully completed training ideally in the IT sector

Experience in telephony & cloud

Good knowledge of SIP SBC proxy Linux and databases

Good knowledge of MS Office especially Outlook Excel and Word

High customer and service orientation

Knowledge of technical customer service or service desk and ticket systems desirable

Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)

Willingness to travel

Participation in oncall duty

Class B driving license

Tasks & Responsibilities

Administration support and new implementation of our cloud portfolio (Cloud PURE Zoom five9 ThinkOwl)

Configurations of Freeswitch FusionPBX databases and more

Ensuring smooth operation and continuous development of cloud solutions

Technical support and advice for our customers on the use and integration of cloud services

Collaboration with internal teams to optimize and implement new functions and features

Planning implementations to be carried out in the SBC environment is also part of your job.

Installation configuration administration of virtualized server environments such as VMware Windows and Linux

You will be responsible for processing technical incidents / changes and projects in the SIP and session border controller environment.
