Requirements
Completed degree with a focus on IT and initial professional experience, alternatively relevant practical experience (min. 2 years) in the area of production and logistics in an industrial company with a strong affinity for IT systems, e.g. as a key user
Ideally experience with ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Good ability to understand complex issues
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team and take initiative in interdisciplinary work environments and willingness to take on responsibility
Good knowledge of German and English
Tasks Responsibilities
Consulting the specialist departments on the mapping of business processes in the software with a focus on logistics and production-related processes
IT application manager for selected systems including responsibility for operations and software life cycle in the company
Creation of solution concepts in collaboration with other system managers, consultants and programmers
Coordination and implementation of change requests, including testing and subsequent acceptance
Implementation of adjustments in the systems through parameterization
Training and support of key users and process experts on system usage and implemented business processes

Hiring Process
