Purpose of the Role
- A Project Manager is to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within time and financial constraints, while effectively managing project budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication while ensuring project deliverables and meeting high quality standards and expectations
Key Responsibilities of the Role

Responsibilities :
Develop project plans and schedules, including defining project goals, tasks, and resource requirements.Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within time and financial constraints.Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and senior management.Identify and manage project risks and issues, taking proactive measures to resolve problems and minimize delays.Lead project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.Oversee and coordinate the work of sub-contractors, vendors, and other project partners.Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet customer expectations.Facilitate project team meetings, documenting action items and follow-up tasks.Continuously monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.Close projects and provide final project reports and reviews, documenting lessons learned for future projects.Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field ( Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration)Proven experience in project management, leading projects to successful completionExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of project management methodologies ( Agile, Waterfall) and tools ( MS Project)Experience in managing budgets and resources, as well as managing risks and issuesAbility to effectively manage stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and senior management.Key attributes
