The OTS SCorganization manages and is responsible for a wide variety ofhardware testing and deployment, new device launches and projectinitiatives that cross business teams and operations groups withinAmazon Fulfillment IT. As RAD Process Assistant you are responsiblefor either administrative Ops support - resolving tool relatedblockers and prepare virtual environment to ensure smooth item flowin operations. Or independent operational support on the shop floorowning one or more process path according to daily set up Dock,Receive, Pick / Pack, Provision. The role also incorporates safetyrelated aspects as ensuring a neat and clean working environmentand the absence of un-calculated safety risks as well as wastemanagement compliance in RDE1. Key job responsibilities Besidesothers, your core responsibilities will be responsible for thefollowing :

• Support and work independently in the department asrequired
• Helping support daily management of department duties,including all labor allocation, leading stand-up meetings,assigning job duties and communicating with internal and externalpartners
• Providing vacation coverage for Area Managers
• Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do notextend to discipline)
• Tracking and reporting labor hours andadjusting labor moves
• Assisting the floor as an associateresource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance
• Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reportingand feedback of associate performance
• Participating inOperational Excellence initiatives in some capacity
• Filling in asneeded with production duties
• Fully understanding workflow anddaily production goals
• Reviewing and updating SOP as required
• Assisting in keeping work area clean and organized, submittingnecessary safety audits
• Identifying and addressing safety hazardswithin the work area
• Coaching associates to work safely at alltimes
• Participating in safety initiatives
• Reporting all jobinjuries immediately to area manager About the team The OTS SC RADteam provides IT hardware to a broad variety of internal customerslike AMZL, VF or FCs. We receive, repair, provision / image and shipIT equipment from a handheld scanner, to any kind of peripheralsand laptops. And also build and prepare IT site infrastructure tosupport new building launches. We are one of these crucial teams inthe background supporting our operations in delivering to thecustomer. GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN
• Previous experience in a similarrole
• Basic technical knowledge
• Being able to communicate inGerman and English language
• Good communication skills, bothwritten and verbal
• High customer obsession

• Experience in OTS SC or AMZ Delivery desired
